WHO WE ARE

 

Capstone Interiors, a subsidiary of Capstone Development Partners, provides design and procurement services for both on and off campus student housing facilities across the country. Our scope encompasses a wide variety of projects including clubhouses, outdoor spaces, student unit furniture, model apartments, leasing offices, fitness centers, game rooms, etc.

Our goal is to bridge the gap between the services provided by the architect and the furniture vendors. We work closely with our developer partners as well as university management and owners. We create functional furniture plans, select durable, high quality furnishings, coordinate fabrics and interior finishes, facilitate purchasing, and manage the installation process. We pay attention to the details to ensure a flawless result, which means your property will be a place that students want to call home.

Vested in a company that has been a leader in the student housing industry since 1990, our Capstone Interiors team includes interior designers who have passed the National Council for Interior Design Qualification examination and are Registered Interior Designers with the State of Alabama. We are also active in our local design community and are professional members of the International Interior Design Association Alabama Chapter. Our affiliation with Capstone Development Partners, allows us to draw on the experience and expertise gained from over 30 years in the on and off campus student housing market.
